Aditus Health, led by Ca’Seem Tyler, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in internal medicine and emergency care, is dedicated to making healthcare accessible, affordable, and patient-centered.
Located in the heart of La Plata, Maryland, our clinic provides comprehensive medical services for both children and adults. We specialize in treating acute and chronic conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension, while also focusing on prevention and wellness to help patients stay healthy and avoid unnecessary hospital visits.

Ca’Seem Tyler, MSN, FNP-C
Ca’Seem Tyler, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Aditus Health, a private medical and wellness clinic in La Plata, Maryland. With a strong background in urgent care, primary care, and wellness services, he is dedicated to helping patients manage both acute and chronic conditions with skill and compassion.
A former military member, Ca’Seem understands the importance of focus, adaptability, and resilience—qualities that now guide his approach to caring for patients with multiple and complex health needs. His commitment is simple: to provide exceptional, personalized care that puts patients first.
Ca’Seem’s academic journey reflects his passion for healthcare and leadership. He earned his first bachelor’s degree in Biology from Chowan University, followed by a second bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. He then pursued a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Management from Kaplan University (now Purdue University Global) and later completed his master’s in Family Practice Nursing at Maryville University of Saint Louis.
