Led by Ca’Seem Tyler, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in Internal Medicine and Emergency Care, the practice provides comprehensive care for both children and adults and is committed to providing personalized care for patients that includes telemedicine, IV therapy, Medical Weight Loss Management, and affordable concierge services. 
Aditus Health focuses on providing access to health care for all patients, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The practice is located in the heart of La Plata, allowing for easy access to parking and public transportation.

Ca'Seem Tyler MHA, MSN, FNP-BC

Ca’Seem Tyler, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who treats acute and chronic conditions at Aditus Health, a private medical practice in Annapolis, Maryland. He has extensive experience in urgent and emergency care.

As a former military member, he is no stranger to managing several concerns at once and frequently helps patients care for multiple comorbidities. Ca’Seem is committed to providing exceptional care for his patients. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, he never shied away from welcoming patients with active symptoms.

 Ca’Seem earned his initial bachelor’s degree from Chowan University in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. He later received a second bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before obtaining his master’s degree in health care administration and management from Kaplan University, now known as Purdue University Global. Lastly, he received his master’s degree in family practice nursing from Maryville University of Saint Louis in Town and Country, Missouri.

At Aditus Health, Ca’Seem provides comprehensive care for children and adults. He offers concierge services, telemedicine, IV Hydration, and Medical Weight Loss Management for patients seeking convenient, personalized care. Whether patients visit for a pre-participation sports physical or urgent care, Ca’Seem and his team can meet their needs.
